Whether or not you yourself are an idealist personality type (ENFP, INFP, INFJ or ENFJ), you’ll eventually work with idealists as their boss or employee.

I’m an ENFP and have worked with ENFPs, INFPs, and INFJs many times.
When focused and motivated idealists can be extremely hard working, but other times you may find yourself thinking “Why can’t you just get this done as I asked?!”
