Refund Policy

For clients in Europe all purchases have a minimum 14 day refund policy. For everywhere else there is also a 14 day refund policy, minus any processing fees we incur (usually 5% – it sucks, but the credit card companies charge us this and do not refund it when we refund an order).

I also offer additional refund options or satisfaction guarantees on most of my programs. The details for each is spelled out on the product or program page.

I am not Costco. Unless otherwise stated (as is the case in some programs), most of my guarantees require some level of participation from the client side.

Additional Details

There are two situations when someone might be unable to continue with a program or coaching relationship as originally planned while beyond the original refund period. 

Situation One: Circumstances beyond the clients control. In the case when you are unable to continue participation for a reason such as a health or family emergency, changes in career, etc. we will do our best to accommodate you with a solution such as transfer to a different or future program, or providing a credit for future use, or to use with something more flexible such as one-on-one coaching. 

Situation Two: Client conduct. This is EXTREMELY rare as ENFPs are awesome. In the very unlikely situation where we are unable to continue working together because of a client’s conduct they will be provided with a pro-rated refund. The exact percent is at our sole discretion and will be based on the length of their participation in the original agreement and a handful of other factors.
